Eddie negyven körüli férfi. Boldog férj és apa, imádja a két gyerekét, Bobbyt és a kis Katie-t. (Kevésbé boldog kutyatulajdonos.) Egy szép napon óriási gubancba keveredik: valami szörnyűséggel vádolják meg. De vajon tényleg elkövette vagy sem? És vajon kiheveri-e valaha is ő és a család az esetet? Erről mesél, bár sok humorral, de néha mégis szívszorítóan. Arról a szép kis napról…

This ballet's plot is inspired by The Corsair, a famous verse written in 1814 by Lord Byron, who towered over an entire generation of English Romantic poets.
A 60-minute tour starts every day at 13:30, 15:00 and 16:30 in English. To request a tour in other languages (Italian, Spanish, German, French and Hungarian), please get in touch with the OperaTour team. Please note that the auditorium is closed for visits during rehearsals. Guided tours are not available during performances. For selected tour times, tickets are also available with the PreOpera Menu package. In addition to the guided tour of the Opera House, this option includes a themed set menu of your choice at OperaBistro, which can be enjoyed either before or after the tour.
Pairing the two German composers, Wagner and the Wagnerian Strauss in a single evening creates a sweeping and overwhelming fusion of expansive melodies and driving dramatic force. The encounter between Wagner’s mythical intensity and Strauss’s modernism is a dialogue between two musical giants who reshaped not only German but also international musical life. In the performance of the OPERA Orchestra, their compositions promise deep emotions, dense musical textures, and sonic grandeur.
