A mű önéletrajzi ihletésű, gogoli, bulgakovi fantasztikus látomás az orosz alkoholizmusról. A hivatalos irodalomból kiszorult Jerofejev Moszka és Petuski közötti utazása szolgál a könyv keretéül, mely szamizdatban terjedt, később Párizsban kiadták, majd számos nyelvre lefordították. Az európai és orosz kultúra, irodalom romjain közlekedő elbeszélő irónia és tragikum folytonos váltogatásával rajzolja meg az egykori Szovjetúnió kitaszítottjainak világát, a munkástól a csavargón át az értelmiségi figurájáig.
Our offer
A 60-minute tour starts every day at 13:30, 15:00 and 16:30 in English. To request a tour in other languages (Italian, Spanish, German, French, Greece and Hungarian), please get in touch with the OperaTour team. Please note that the auditorium is closed for visits during rehearsals. Guided tours are not available during performances. For selected tour times, tickets are also available with the PreOpera Menu package. In addition to the guided tour of the Opera House, this option includes a themed set menu of your choice at OperaBistro, which can be enjoyed either before or after the tour.
The series launched in the 2025/26 season focuses on composers whose operas receive special attention during the season. Yet there are many singers who do not find a role in the works of these masters, but who would gladly sing from their rich vocal palettes. The piano afternoons and matinees are for them, about them, and inspired by them.
