Ki a menőbb: Petőfi vagy Arany? Ady vagy József Attila? Faludy György vagy Villon?
Miért hisszük azt, hogy minden költő halott? Miért szeretik a megzenésített verseket? A Liszt-díjas népszerű előadóművész-zeneszerző, Gerendás Péter, és barátja, a József Attila- és Prima Primissima-díjas Turczi István költő, író, egyetemi oktató sok humorral fűszerezett közös programja ilyen és hasonló kérdésekre keresi a választ sok zenével, remek versekkel, közönségszórakoztató színpadi megoldásokkal.
Az irodalmi sorozatban Turczi István beszélgetőpartnere lesz Földes László Hobo, Gerendás Péter és Hrutka Róbert zeneszerző. A találkozások alkalmával egy-egy emlékezetes szellemi utazásnak lehet részese az irodalmat szerető közönség.

A 60-minute tour starts every day at 13:30, 15:00 and 16:30 in English. To request a tour in other languages (Italian, Spanish, German, French and Hungarian), please get in touch with the OperaTour team. Please note that the auditorium is closed for visits during rehearsals. Guided tours are not available during performances. For selected tour times, tickets are also available with the PreOpera Menu package. In addition to the guided tour of the Opera House, this option includes a themed set menu of your choice at OperaBistro, which can be enjoyed either before or after the tour.

For the 14th time, the performance of the famous Symphony No. 9 will dominate the OPERA’s New Year celebrations. In 2027, the programme will be completed by two further classical works: Beethoven’s overture, also enhanced by Mahler, and a cello concerto by Haydn, the latter of course featuring an OPERA soloist.
