Egy úrinő, egy szobafestő és egy féltékeny feleség. Ezek a hozzávalók egy olyan fergeteges komédiához, melyre ajánlatos magunkkal vinni egy csomag papír zsebkendőt is, a nevetésből fakadó könnycseppek végett. A darab receptje igen egyszerű: elutazott férj, évente tíz napos viszony, és egy csúnya lebukás. Hogy hogyan kerül a képbe a szobafestő, azt ne firtassuk, lényeg, hogy ő menti meg a helyzetet. De hogy??
