A “Csingiling ” meséből megismert tündér kalandjai tovább folytatódnak. Barátaival az erdőbe indul, de különös kalandokba keverednek. Varázslatos lények, furcsa helyek, félelmetes figurák, kedves kis új cimborák kerülnek elő a tölgyes mélyéről. S hogy még kikkel találkoznak? Kikkel nevetgélnek a buta csínytevéseken? This ballet's plot is inspired by The Corsair, a famous verse written in 1814 by Lord Byron, who towered over an entire generation of English Romantic poets.

Following on the heels of the introductory Das Rheingold, this opera about the tragic love between two of Wotan's children constitutes the start of the more tightly drawn dramatic trilogy. Once again, the laws of the gods clash: can paternal love save a lad who has violated the sanctity of marriage?
