Roxie, a kóristalány - amúgy férjes asszony - megöli hűtlen szeretőjét, ám urával sikerül elhitetnie, hogy a hulla egy betörő volt. Velma, a revüszínésznő, férjét teszi el láb alól. A két nő között elszánt versengés indul: mindketten a reflektorfénybe, és az újságok címlapjára akarnak kerülni. Mindketten azt remélik, hogy bűntettük jutalma hírnév és dicsőség lesz. Ebben a világban a legfontosabb érték a bármi áron való érvényesülés, akár a gyilkosság eszközén is. A csalás, árulás, korrupció, gyilkosságok ironikus krónikája egybeötvöződik a ragtime-ok és blues-ok harmóniájával, és elkápráztat minket nézőket ezen az estén.

A 60-minute tour starts every day at 13:30, 15:00 and 16:30 in English. Please note that the auditorium is closed for visits during rehearsals. Guided tours are not available during performances. For selected tour times, tickets are also available with the PreOpera Menu package. In addition to the guided tour of the Opera House, this option includes a themed set menu of your choice at OperaBistro, which can be enjoyed either before or after the tour.
