A minden korosztálynak mondanivalóval szolgáló darabban két egyedül élő idős asszony hétköznapjaival találkozunk egymás szomszédságában: álmodoznak, ábrándoznak a múltról, a jelenről és a jövőről. Különös függésben élnek egymással. Apró-cseprő gondjaik között sorozatgyilkosság hírét hallják a rádióban. A hírek szerint a gyilkos gázszerelőnek öltözve szedi női áldozatait, miután erőszakot követ el rajtuk. A hölgyek fantáziáját felcsigázza a hír. Csöngetnek egyikük lakásán és megjelenik egy magát gázszerelőnek bemutató figura. A bizarr helyzetben kezdetét veszi a még bizarrabb komédia.
Our offer
The series launched in the 2025/26 season focuses on composers whose operas receive special attention during the season. Yet there are many singers who do not find a role in the works of these masters, but who would gladly sing from their rich vocal palettes. The piano afternoons and matinees are for them, about them, and inspired by them.
The Mexican-born tenor’s singing career began in an unusual way: baritone Arturo Nieto knocked on his door after hearing him sing and suggested he train his voice.
A Streetcar Named Desire is Marianna Venekei's first full-length choreography. The project, lovingly nurtured for many years, is a collaboration between her and composer-saxophonist László Dés.
