Shakespeare a szerelem természetrajzát kutatja a Vízkeresztben, ahogy mi is évezredek – születésünk óta. Ezért kergeti, űzi, hajszolja szereplőit pompás félreértések, kacagtató helyzeteken át - miközben mindenki hisz, remél, mindenki csal, csalódik - , hogy végül megtalálja a maga párját – zsák a foltját – és hogy végül mi fuldokolva, röhögve, sírva magunkra ismerhessünk és kérdezhessük újra:
