Három idegen férfi találkozik egy üres lakásban. Keresnek valamit, ami a háziaknak nem jelent semmit, nem is emlékeznek, hogy hová tehették, de a három idegen közül egy tisztában van vele, milyen sokat ér. Hogy mi ez a valami, és miért olyan fontos, azt csak ez az egy szereplő tudja. Mindenkinél kiszolgáltatottabb azonban a hamarosan hazaérkező háziasszony, a gyanútlan Susy, akit még a látása sem segít abban, hogy felismerje az egyre növekvő veszedelmet. Bravúros szerepjátékok egész sorával próbálják a bűnözők kiszedni belőle azt, amiről fogalma sincs. Igazi macska-egér játszma kezdődik, és a növekvő sötétben összemosódik, ki az üldöző és ki az üldözött.
A darab számtalanszor aratott nagy sikert a világ színpadain (Quentin Tarantino is szerepelt egyik felújításában), az Audrey Hepburn főszereplésével készült filmváltozat pedig örök klasszikus.

A 60-minute tour starts every day at 13:30, 15:00 and 16:30 in English. Please note that the auditorium is closed for visits during rehearsals. Guided tours are not available during performances. For selected tour times, tickets are also available with the PreOpera Menu package. In addition to the guided tour of the Opera House, this option includes a themed set menu of your choice at OperaBistro, which can be enjoyed either before or after the tour.
