Orgánumának és kiváló stílusérzékének köszönhetően hitelesen tolmácsolja a harmincas és negyvenes évek örökzöld jazz-standardjeit csakúgy, mint a jelenkor dinamikus, swingköntösbe öltöztetett slágereit. A „magyar Michael Bublé”-nak is nevezett sármos énekes mellett további vendégzenészek és a kiváló valceres táncosok is színpadra lépnek, hogy megidézzék a jazz aranykorát, amikor nagyzenekarok játszották a kor tánczenéjét, a swinget.
A házigazda Debrecen Big Band kitűnő fiatal zenészeinek repertoárja átöleli a big band zene széles skáláját: a swingtől, a boogie-ig és a latin ritmusokig.

Two giants of Baroque music meet during the Advent season in a performance by the OPERA Orchestra and Chorus. Bach’s well-known Magnificat is performed in its original version, in E-flat major, supplemented with movements specifically tailored to the festive season by the composer himself.
A 60-minute tour starts every day at 13:30, 15:00 and 16:30 in English. To request a tour in other languages (Italian, Spanish, German, French, Greece and Hungarian), please get in touch with the OperaTour team. Please note that the auditorium is closed for visits during rehearsals. Guided tours are not available during performances. For selected tour times, tickets are also available with the PreOpera Menu package. In addition to the guided tour of the Opera House, this option includes a themed set menu of your choice at OperaBistro, which can be enjoyed either before or after the tour.
