Az Üvöltő szelek a világirodalom nagy rejtélyeinek egyike. Gyűlölet és szerelem együttélését, egymást erősítő-romboló hatását Emily Brontë előtt talán senki, azóta is csak kevés alkotó érzékeltette ilyen elemi erővel. Catherine és Heathcliff sírig – s talán azon túl is – tartó szenvedélyes kapcsolata most a Miskolci Balett előadásában kerül színpadra.

The story of the Fountain of Bakhchisarai is set in motion by a romance recounting the reason for the khan's gloom.
