Az 1918-as esztendő mérföldkő volt a magyar történelemben. Sok minden történt ebben az évben, ami előrevetíti a két évvel későbbi trianoni békediktá- tumot. Ezek a történelmi események azonban még nem kaptak helyet a magyar színpadokon. Ezért az Andrási Attila által írt és rendezett 1918 Őszirózsák – Zuhanórepülés című előadás mérföldkőnek számít.
A néző szeme előtt kibontakozik a szomorú 1918-as esztendő, a nagy háború utolsó éve. Az előadás megpróbálja megfejteni az okokat, bemutatni a történéseket, amelyek az őszirózsás forradalom kitöréséhez vezettek. A Magyar Királyság 1918-as szétesése történelmünk egyik legmeghatározóbb eseménye. Lassan már száz év is eltelt azóta a szomorú ősz óta. Az Udvari Kamaraszínház ennek tudatában állította színre az őszi eseménysorozatot, hiszen nyoma minden magyar ember lelkében ott él, és hatását a mai napig érezteti. Az előadás célja: legfőbb feladatunk felnőni eleink erényeihez. Az előadást eleink emlékére, lelkünk üdvéért hoztuk létre.

There are evenings when our Opera House cannot perform because rehearsals are ongoing on stage until the evening. There are audience members who can only afford to hear their favourite pieces with a discount. And there are works that, although very popular, cannot be staged every season due to the congestion of productions.
A 60-minute tour starts every day at 13:30, 15:00 and 16:30 in English. Please note that the auditorium is closed for visits during rehearsals. Guided tours are not available during performances.
