Állati és mégis igen emberi mozgás, fura és mulatságos nyelv, fülbemászó dallamok jellemzik az előadást. Az énekes-filozófus, egyben jókedvű tücsök nagy gondot jelent a munkához szokott Hüngyünek, ezért szinte folyamatos vitában áll Hingyüvel és Hungyuval, két vidám és békés társával.
