Az estély Jean-Paul Sartre Zárt tárgyalás című drámája alapján készült: három ember, két társasági hölgy és egy gyíkszerű csábító gyűlnek össze egy külvárosi szobában, melyről kiderül, hogy maga a pokol is lehet.

Az estély az Edinburgh Fringe Fesztiválon elnyerte a Nemzetközi Kritikusok Díját, a Scotland on Sunday Legjobb Táncprodukció Díját és az Independent Színházi Különdíját.
Az előadás bemutatója 1993-ban volt, a felújítás új szereposztással a társulat 20. évfordulójára készült.

Our offer
The series launched in the 2025/26 season focuses on composers whose operas receive special attention during the season. Yet there are many singers who do not find a role in the works of these masters, but who would gladly sing from their rich vocal palettes.
A 60-minute tour starts every day at 13:30, 15:00 and 16:30 in English. To request a tour in other languages (Italian, Spanish, German, French and Hungarian), please get in touch with the OperaTour team. Please note that the auditorium is closed for visits during rehearsals. Guided tours are not available during performances. For selected tour times, tickets are also available with the PreOpera Menu package. In addition to the guided tour of the Opera House, this option includes a themed set menu of your choice at OperaBistro, which can be enjoyed either before or after the tour.
