SZILASI ALEX AZ MTA Dísztermében 2/2
Az őszi évadban Szilasi Alex az MTA dísztermében Mozart és Beethoven szonátáit mutatja be két hangversenyen. A hangversenyek érdekessége az az 1868-as Erard koncertzongora, amely Liszt Ferenc korában az egyik legsikeresebb modellnek számított, (ezt a típust újította fel a Zenetudományi Intézet is 2011-ben a Liszt év alkalmából). Az érintetlen, kiváló állapotú hangszer azt a hangzást idézi fel, ahogy Liszt kortársai hallhatták ezeket a klasszikus műveket.

János Hunyadi is responsible for the tolling of bells around the world; Mátyás Hunyadi is the hero of a string of folk tales; László Hunyadi inspired “only” an opera.
While the Fountain of Tears bubbles before him, Giray, khan of the Tatars, is lost in brooding. Just as the flow from the marble fount cannot be exhausted, his own sorrow will never diminish, either. The story of the Fountain of Bakhchisarai is set in motion by a romance recounting the reason for the khan's gloom.
There are evenings when our Opera House cannot perform because rehearsals are ongoing on stage until the evening. There are audience members who can only afford to hear their favourite pieces with a discount. And there are works that, although very popular, cannot be staged every season due to the congestion of productions.

Please note that the auditorium is closed for visits during rehearsals. Guided tours are not available during performances.
