A bakonyhalápi Esterházy Péter Gimnáziumban Tamás bá' sok-sok éve ugyanazt a március 15-ei megemlékezést viszi színre. Idén Pestről kap segítséget: a nemrég diplomázott Rotowski Barbi is részt vesz a műsor elkészítésében. És újítani szeretne. A nézők a 11.A osztály szerepébe lépve figyelik az első perctől várható konfliktus kirobbanását. Meg kell-e emlékezni az 1848-as eseményekről? Mennyire tudjuk átérezni az akkori történéseket? Van-e lehetőség szót érteni azzal, aki máshogy gondolja?

Our offer

Set in the Roman Empire around 74 BC, Spartacus was László Seregi's first true full-length ballet, which at one stroke became a milestone in Hungarian dance life. Since 1968, one generation after another has enjoyed the historically themed choreography, which treats the story of the ancient slave revolt in such a way that its true message is not the rebellion itself, but rather human emotions and choices under pressure.

A 60-minute tour starts every day at 13:30, 15:00 and 16:30 in English. To request a tour in other languages (Italian, Spanish, German, French, Greece and Hungarian), please get in touch with the OperaTour team. Please note that the auditorium is closed for visits during rehearsals. Guided tours are not available during performances.

Bartók Béla’s two highly influential stage works explore the dynamics of the relationship between man and woman and the deeper layers of their personalities, as presented by creators who, through a fusion of tradition and innovation, reveal the possibilities inherent in these works for 21st-century audiences.
