„A proletáröntudat hajnalával kísért fényes jó reggelt a dolgozó népnek!

Jelentem, Rákosi elvtárs felkelt, keljünk fel hát mi is! Jelentem, Rákosi elvtárs mosakodik,

mosakodjunk hát mi is!

a Dumaszínházból jól ismert humorista. Legfőbb küldetése, hogy feszegesse a határokat,

színt lopjon a szürkeségbe. Szerkesztőnője hiába

figyelmezteti, Janklovics mindig elmegy a falig, ahol aztán nagyot koppan.

Politika, foci, divat, gasztro, kultúra: a színházi, stand up est sok zenével, humorral és filmbetéttel

Our offer

What happens when the worst traits of a power-hungry prince incapable of resisting earthly pleasures, a morally corrupt, vengeful, manipulative woman, and a desire-driven but highly impressionable teenage girl all erupt at the same time upon the appearance of a holy man?

As it is a latent Kodály season, it seems only fitting that the concert at the OPERA honouring the events of 1956 should feature works by the composer. In that same year, the short-lived Revolutionary Council of Hungarian Intellectuals elected him as its president. Throughout his entire oeuvre, Kodály consistently reinforced Hungarian national identity. The programme gains both colour and a ceremonial character from the hymn-like and dance-infused compositions of his middle and later years.

Two giants of Baroque music meet during the Advent season in a performance by the OPERA Orchestra and Chorus. Bach’s well-known Magnificat is performed in its original version, in E-flat major, supplemented with movements specifically tailored to the festive season by the composer himself.
