Az előadás nem csak nyomokban tartalmaz kötelező tananyagot. Aki szereti Shakespeare műveit, s ellenállhatatlan vágyat érez arra, hogy valamennyit megismerje, ám úgy ítéli meg, hogy élete hátralévő része valószínűleg nem lesz elegendő ehhez, cseppet se búslakodjon. Bízza rekeszizmai működtetését a „NEM KOMPLETT SHAKESPEARE MŰVEK”-re, akik a nehéz körülmények ellenére (a nézők állandóan közbenevetnek) derekasan végrehajtják a már-már reménytelennek tűnő feladatot: bemutatják a „Komplett Shakespeare”-t.

Set in the Roman Empire around 74 BC, Spartacus was László Seregi's first true full-length ballet, which at one stroke became a milestone in Hungarian dance life. Since 1968, one generation after another has enjoyed the historically themed choreography, which treats the story of the ancient slave revolt in such a way that its true message is not the rebellion itself, but rather human emotions and choices under pressure.
A 60-minute tour starts every day at 13:30, 15:00 and 16:30 in English. To request a tour in other languages (Italian, Spanish, German, French, Greece and Hungarian), please get in touch with the OperaTour team. Please note that the auditorium is closed for visits during rehearsals. Guided tours are not available during performances.
