Manók mindenütt élnek, rekettyebokrok közül bújnak elő, erdőlakók, mezőlakók, padlásokon bujkálnak vagy vízimanók, fiók-, netán zsebmanók, lakótelepiek és időnként melléd is szegődnek. Csintalankodnak, törnek, zúznak, rontanak és bontanak, álmot őriznek, vagy pálinkát főznek. Összevesznek, kibékülnek, izgága, fura, kotnyeles teremtmények. Őszintén szólva nem is láttunk még hisztis gyereket, durcásat, füllentőst, de csíptünk már fülön épp elég manót gyerekek közelében…, és hogy mit tesznek…, azt legalább egyszer érdemes megnézni!

Our offer
For the 14th time, the performance of the famous Symphony No. 9 will dominate the OPERA’s New Year celebrations. In 2027, the programme will be completed by two further classical works: Beethoven’s overture, also enhanced by Mahler, and a cello concerto by Haydn, the latter of course featuring an OPERA soloist.
Please note that the auditorium is closed for visits during rehearsals. Guided tours are not available during performances. For selected tour times, tickets are also available with the PreOpera Menu package. In addition to the guided tour of the Opera House, this option includes a themed set menu of your choice at OperaBistro, which can be enjoyed either before or after the tour.
Bartók Béla’s two highly influential stage works explore the dynamics of the relationship between man and woman and the deeper layers of their personalities, as presented by creators who, through a fusion of tradition and innovation, reveal the possibilities inherent in these works for 21st-century audiences.
