A village community wants to dedicate its church to King Ladislaus. But since it is not yet 1192, the year when Ladislaus was canonized, the villagers decide to produce the miracles that warrant sainthood for the late king. Selmeczi’s opera playfully weaves together motifs of the St Ladislaus legends, while offering splendid roles for the performers.

Our offer

Gustav Mahler SYMPHONY NO. 8 Concert performance in Latin and German with Hungarian, English, and original-language subtitles

There are evenings when our Opera House cannot perform because rehearsals are ongoing on stage until the evening. There are audience members who can only afford to hear their favourite pieces with a discount. And there are works that, although very popular, cannot be staged every season due to the congestion of productions.

Radina Dace / Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky LITTLE SWAN LAKE - MVM Piccolo Programme Children’s production for little ones Please note, that this programme is in Hungarian and we do not provide any translations.
