Egyáltalán nem mindegy, ki áll be a Büdös Gizi lagziján vonatozni... hogy ki, ki mögé kerül – Nándi szempontjából pláne nem mindegy. Nándi szülei, Attila és Éva ezen a rendezvényen jönnek össze, miután a vonat egymást követő kocsijai lesznek. Hamar kiderül, hogy közös életüknek nem a gyerekük a főszereplője, hanem a redőny. Legalábbis Éva számára mindenképp, akinek mellesleg az anyja (Márti) is jelen van... amikor jelen van... meg amikor nincs. Ő nem redőnypárti, sőt. De mitől tud ennyire fontos lenni a redőny? Mit tud egy redőny? Hát, sok mindent. Ha leengedik, eltakar; ha felhúzzák, megmutatja, mi van kint... vagy bent. (Feltéve, ha működik.)

There are evenings when our Opera House cannot perform because rehearsals are ongoing on stage until the evening. There are audience members who can only afford to hear their favourite pieces with a discount. And there are works that, although very popular, cannot be staged every season due to the congestion of productions.
