„ Az adventi időszak a várakozásról szól. A magyar népzene lelket melengető, éltető ereje, a magyar költők verseiben az élet, az adott kor legtalálóbban megfogalmazott igazságai segítenek a hallgatóságnak elmélyedni az advent hangulatában. József Attila, Márai Sándor, Radnóti Miklós, Kosztolányi Dezső és Dsida Jenő versei ötvöződnek a népzene, a klasszikus és kortárs zene sajátos ízeivel.”

Our offer
The tenor, recently awarded the title of Austrian Kammersänger, began his career on operetta stages. After performing in operas by Mozart, Beethoven, and Weber, he has since grown into one of the most significant Wagnerian Heldentenors of our time.
For the 14th time, the performance of the famous Symphony No. 9 will dominate the OPERA’s New Year celebrations. In 2027, the programme will be completed by two further classical works: Beethoven’s overture, also enhanced by Mahler, and a cello concerto by Haydn, the latter of course featuring an OPERA soloist.
Based on Ádám Jenő's work by the same title HUNGARIAN CHRISTMAS Singspiel in two tableaux, in Hungarian
