Turandot szerepét Lukács Gyöngyi, a Magyar Állami Operaház magánénekes énekli, aki a világ számos operaházának állandó vendégművésze. Karrierjének eddigi legfontosabb állomásai: Bécs, Berlin, Hamburg, Köln, München, London, Milánó valamint a Salzburgi és az Edinburghi Fesztivál. Partnerei többek között olyan világsztárok, mint Plácido Domingo, Samuel Ramey, Leo Nucci, Dolora Zajick vagy José Cura.
Puccini egyik legnépszerűbb operája, koncertszerű változatban, fél-szcenírozott formában, rendhagyó látvány-technikával.
Kalaf szerepében: Rubens Pelizzari olasz tenor, a Veroniai Aréna és más európai operaházak állandó vendégművésze. Főbb szerepei: Mario Cavaradossi, Ismaele, Radames, Manrico, Pollione, Alvaro, Don José, Kalaf.

Our offer
As it is a latent Kodály season, it seems only fitting that the concert at the OPERA honouring the events of 1956 should feature works by the composer. In that same year, the short-lived Revolutionary Council of Hungarian Intellectuals elected him as its president. Throughout his entire oeuvre, Kodály consistently reinforced Hungarian national identity. The programme gains both colour and a ceremonial character from the hymn-like and dance-infused compositions of his middle and later years.
Please note that the auditorium is closed for visits during rehearsals. Guided tours are not available during performances. For selected tour times, tickets are also available with the PreOpera Menu package. In addition to the guided tour of the Opera House, this option includes a themed set menu of your choice at OperaBistro, which can be enjoyed either before or after the tour.
A 60-minute tour starts every day at 13:30, 15:00 and 16:30 in English.
