„Dalaid nagyon újak, miközben nagyon ismerősek. Hallgatva megszűnik a külön, szövegszerű létezésük, mégis arra késztetnek, hogy nézzem vissza a szöveget, pontosabban olvassam el dalként, úgy elidőzve a részleteken, ahogy írás (és olvasás) közben a folytatás lehetőségein.” – Parti Nagy Lajostól származnak e sorok, amelyeket a Létbüfé-dalciklus szerzőjének, Csalog Gábornak írt, miután meghallgatta saját szövegének megzenésítését. A zongoraművész 2019–2020-ban írt dalciklusa a Parti Nagy-verskötet többszáz versszaka közül hetet zenésít meg, a baritont zongora kíséri. A dalciklus most 4 további dallal egészült ki, zongora, tuba és harmonika kíséretével. A kiegészített ciklus bemutatóját hallhatja most a közönség, majd Csalog Időtlen című zenekari műve hangzik el első alkalommal, amelyet Nádler István festményei inspiráltak. A háromtételes darabban a szimfonikus zenekaron kívül a térben távolabb elhelyezkedő fúvósegyüttes is játszik, és fontos szerephez jut a többféle réteg
párbeszéde. A korálszerű, szakrális jellegű akkordmenetek egymást kommentálják, egymásba szüremlenek.

Set in the Roman Empire around 74 BC, Spartacus was László Seregi's first true full-length ballet, which at one stroke became a milestone in Hungarian dance life. Since 1968, one generation after another has enjoyed the historically themed choreography, which treats the story of the ancient slave revolt in such a way that its true message is not the rebellion itself, but rather human emotions and choices under pressure.
A 60-minute tour starts every day at 13:30, 15:00 and 16:30 in English. Please note that the auditorium is closed for visits during rehearsals. Guided tours are not available during performances.
