A két felvonásos vígjáték mintegy társadalmi látleletként figurázza ki az emberi gyarlóságot, az őszintétlen szándékot, a gondolkodás nélküli vak naivitást, a külsőségek értéktelenségét a belső erényekkel szemben. Ami biztos, a darab végén férfi és nő egyaránt talál tanulságot a történetben.

Nem egyszerű megtalálni a boldogságot, pláne, ha olyasvalaki keresi, akinek határozott elképzelése van arról, hogy ez miben áll. Nusika, történetünk főhőse az ideális férfit és a csillogó karriert tartja szem előtt. Viszont vőlegénye, Géza egyáltalán nem ezt a vonalat képviseli. Ingerszegény párkapcsolat, szürke hétköznapok. Ez elől menekülve naív hősnőnk, rosszul megfogalmazott céljainak köszönhetően folyamatosan olyan férfiak társaságában találja magát, akikről utólag mindig kiderül, hogy egyik sem az, aminek vagy akinek látszik. A külsőségek káoszában tévelyegve, az öngólok labirintusában elveszve, történetünk mégis jóra fordul, Nusika megtalálja élete értelmét...de egyáltalán nem ott, ahol kereste.

A 60-minute tour starts every day at 13:30, 15:00 and 16:30 in English. To request a tour in other languages (Italian, Spanish, German, French, Greece and Hungarian), please get in touch with the OperaTour team. Please note that the auditorium is closed for visits during rehearsals. Guided tours are not available during performances. For selected tour times, tickets are also available with the PreOpera Menu package. In addition to the guided tour of the Opera House, this option includes a themed set menu of your choice at OperaBistro, which can be enjoyed either before or after the tour.
