A féltő apukák és az aggódó anyukák gondosan választottak óvodát gyermekeiknek. Az óvónő megbízható, jó pedagógus, a többi szülő szintén rendes ember, nyugodtan ott lehet hagyni a gyerekeket ebben a biztonságos közegben. Problémák persze mindenhol adódhatnak. Még ebben az álom oviban is, ahol a nagycsoportosok furcsa dolgokat kezdenek el játszani. A felnőttek viszont nagyon figyelnek, nem hagyják, hogy baj történjen, ezért nyomozásba fognak, hogy megtudják, kitől ered a bűnös játék. Négy szülő, négy gyerek és egy óvó néni. Egy gyerekjátékról szól majd az egész. De komolyan is vehetik.

A century ago, the world first encountered this remarkable opus, a work that soon became one of the cornerstones of twentieth-century musical innovation. Premiered in 1926, the singspiel is a milestone in Hungarian music history: its composer, Zoltán Kodály, fulfilled his aspiration to elevate Hungarian folk song of ancient origin to the same status as classical music, by virtue of its equivalent values, placing it on the stage of the nation’s Opera House.
What happens when the worst traits of a power-hungry prince incapable of resisting earthly pleasures, a morally corrupt, vengeful, manipulative woman, and a desire-driven but highly impressionable teenage girl all erupt at the same time upon the appearance of a holy man?
A 60-minute tour starts every day at 13:30, 15:00 and 16:30 in English. Please note that the auditorium is closed for visits during rehearsals. Guided tours are not available during performances.
