December 5-én az utóbbi évtizedek egyik legeredetibb és legsikeresebb magyar színdarabját láthatják Gyulán, az Ibusárt. Parti Nagy Lajos nyelvezetében zseniálisan megírt művét most a budapesti Örkény Színház produkciójában nézhetik meg Bíró Kriszta nagyszerű alakításában. A mű alcíme; „huszerett egy hangra”, arra utal, hogy ez a mű szerencsés keveréke a vígjátéknak és az operettnek, valamint a kortárs drámának. A szatirikus vígjáték főszereplője Sárbogárdi Jolán MÁV jegypénztárosa, aki arról álmodik, hogy az általa írt operett címszerepében arat majd sikert.
Az Ibusárt az 1996-os bemutatója óta számos magyarországi és határon túli színház játszotta nagy sikerrel. Az Örkény Színház előadását négy éve játsszák telt házak előtt Budapesten. A rendhagyó darabot Pelsőczy Réka rendezte, a zeneszerző Darvas Ferenc. A Gyulai Várszínház 2002-ben már bemutatta az Ibusárt Udvaros Dorottya főszereplésével Novák Eszter rendezésében. Remélhetőleg most is nagy sikert fog aratni városunkban a kiváló színdarab.

A 60-minute tour starts every day at 13:30, 15:00 and 16:30 in English. Set in the Roman Empire around 74 BC, Spartacus was László Seregi's first true full-length ballet, which at one stroke became a milestone in Hungarian dance life.
