Ebben az előadásban nem a történet a legfontosabb, hanem az, hogy megmutassuk, hogyan is működött a commedia dell’arte. Tudták-e, hogy egy figurát meghatározhat a mozgása? Van-e elképzelésük, hogy mit jelent egy színész számára, ha maszkot visel? És vajon mire figyel a néző, ha a színész arckifejezését nem láthatja? Elképzelhető-e egy előadás úgy, hogy a színészek nem tudják egész pontosan mit fognak mondani minden pillanatban?
Ha kíváncsiak a válaszokra, esetleg el is akarják mondani nekünk, hogy mire jöttek rá mindezzel kapcsolatban az előadás alatt, akkor ne habozzanak! Családtagjaik és szolgáik társaságban tárt karokkal várja Önöket Pantalone és Dottore egy jókedvű, zenés-táncos beavatószínházi előadásra!

Set in the Roman Empire around 74 BC, Spartacus was László Seregi's first true full-length ballet, which at one stroke became a milestone in Hungarian dance life. Since 1968, one generation after another has enjoyed the historically themed choreography, which treats the story of the ancient slave revolt in such a way that its true message is not the rebellion itself, but rather human emotions and choices under pressure.
Two giants of Baroque music meet during the Advent season in a performance by the OPERA Orchestra and Chorus. Bach’s well-known Magnificat is performed in its original version, in E-flat major, supplemented with movements specifically tailored to the festive season by the composer himself.
