A hétfői „Cathedral Organ Concerts” az egyetlen hangversenysorozat a Szent István Bazilikában, amelyen a Bazilika világhírű műemlék Angster-orgonáját hallhatják a hangversenyek látogatói.

Budapest legnagyobb és legszebb hangú koncertorgonáján az előadások a hétfői napokon a megadott időpontokban 17 órakor kezdődnek, kivétel az október hónap, amikor a koncertek 19 órakor kezdődnek.
A hangversenyek időtartama 45 perc.
A hangversenyeken a Bazilika orgonaművészei mellett énekes és hangszeres közreműködő művészek is fellépnek, Albinoni, Caccini, Bach, Mozart, Schubert, Gounod, Bizet, Rachmaninoff, Cesar Franck és Liszt Ferenc orgonaműveit és leghíresebb templomi áriáit szólaltatják meg.
