A nagy sikerű párbajok történetében ez a harmadik „összecsapás”. Karosi Bálintot nem kell bemutatni, hiszen mint orgonista és zeneszerző egyaránt bemutatkozott már a Müpában. A bostoni First Lutheran Church orgonistája, a 2008-as lipcsei Bach-verseny győztese, Junior Prima-díjas.

A mostani párbaj közönsége többek között arra is választ kap, hogy milyen improvizációs feladatokat kellett a 17-18. századi orgonistáknak megoldaniuk, amikor egy-egy jelentős templomi állásra pályáztak. (Egy érdeklődésre számot tartó zenetörténeti példa: Telemann és Bach egyaránt pályázott a lipcsei Tamás-templomba).
