Ez mindenesetre magyarázatul szolgálhat arra, miért is követel a mű hallhatóan többet a hegedű- és a csellószóló előadójától, mint a zongoristától. A hegedűs ezúttal a nagytehetségű Pusker Júlia, míg a csellista a még mindig csupán 18 esztendős Devich Gergely lesz, aki nemzetközi versenysikerek mellett egy Junior Príma-díjjal is büszkélkedhet.
A hangverseny második részében Keller András a zenekara nevével összecsengő kései Bartók-művet, a Concertót vezényli majd. Az 1943-ban, az Egyesült Államokban, s a bostoni szimfonikusokat vezénylő Serge Koussevitzky megrendelésére szerzett öttételes zenekari kompozíció címadását maga Bartók Béla ekképpen indokolta: „E szimfónia-szerű zenekari műnek a címét az egyes hangszerek vagy hangszercsoportok koncertáló vagy szólisztikus jellegű kezelésmódja magyarázza.”

A 60-minute tour starts every day at 13:30, 15:00 and 16:30 in English. Please note that the auditorium is closed for visits during rehearsals. Guided tours are not available during performances. For selected tour times, tickets are also available with the PreOpera Menu package. In addition to the guided tour of the Opera House, this option includes a themed set menu of your choice at OperaBistro, which can be enjoyed either before or after the tour.
There are evenings when our Opera House cannot perform because rehearsals are ongoing on stage until the evening. There are audience members who can only afford to hear their favourite pieces with a discount. And there are works that, although very popular, cannot be staged every season due to the congestion of productions.
