Kopogtatnak. Az ajtó nyílik, mögötte Nóra áll – tizenöt évvel azután, hogy Ibsen nagy botrányt kavart és betiltott klasszikusában becsapta maga mögött. Miért jött? Mi történt vele azóta? Megérte kivívnia függetlenségét? Mit akar azoktól, akiket akkor elhagyott? Mit szólt hozzá a társadalom? És mit szólunk hozzá mi, a 21. században?
A fiatal szerző friss darabja tavaly hatalmas kritikai és közönségsikert aratott hazájában, a Broadway valóságos szenzációja volt. Sziporkázó humorral és nagy emberismerettel tárja elénk a színháztörténet egyik legzajosabb ajtócsapásának utóhatásait.
Az előadás a Szentendrei Teátrum és az Orlai Produkciós Iroda együttműködésében jött létre.

Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart PARÁZSFUVOLÁCSKA – The Magic Flute for Children Fairy-tale Singspiel in two parts, in Hungarian, with Hungarian and English surtitles
A century ago, the world first encountered this remarkable opus, a work that soon became one of the cornerstones of twentieth-century musical innovation. Premiered in 1926, the singspiel is a milestone in Hungarian music history: its composer, Zoltán Kodály, fulfilled his aspiration to elevate Hungarian folk song of ancient origin to the same status as classical music, by virtue of its equivalent values, placing it on the stage of the nation’s Opera House.
This ballet's plot is inspired by The Corsair, a famous verse written in 1814 by Lord Byron, who towered over an entire generation of English Romantic poets.
