A Nem ér a nevemből is látszik, hogy jól megtanulta a vígjátékírás alapjait. Cooney ördögi ügyességgel bonyolítja az eseményeket, a darab tele van kétértelmű mondatokkal és egymással összetévesztett emberekkel; van benne férfi nadrág nélkül és női ruhában, vannak hullák és félholtak, vagyis a történet nem más, mint elképesztően vicces és bizarr szituációk sora. Röviden: amit félre lehet érteni, azt félre is értik. A Nem ér a nevem kecskeméti bemutatója szilveszter estére ígér felhőtlen szórakozást. Az előadást Szerednyey Béla rendezi, aki maga is játszotta Norman szerepét korábban, a Madách Színház produkciójában. A főszerepben Cseke Pétert láthatja a közönség, először a kecskeméti színház színpadán!
