A Concerto Budapest 2018 óta évről évre egynapos koncertsorozatot szentel a klasszikus zene örök kedvencének, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozartnak, vagyis inkább a mi közös és olthatatlan Mozart-rajongásunknak. Így történik ez 2024 márciusának első vasárnapján is. Fúvósötöstől a zongoraversenyig egy sor műfaj reprezentálja az egymást követő koncerteken Mozart művészetét. „Világos, tiszta, szép emlékként marad meg bennem ez a nap egész életemen át. Mintegy távolról, halkan csengnek még fülembe Mozart muzsikájának varázshangjai.” Így írt kétszáz éve Franz Schubert egy napjáról, amelyet nagy és olyannyira csodált pályaelődjének zenéjével töltött, és jó eséllyel mi mindannyian valahogy így emlékezhetünk majd erre a mozarti vasár- és ünnepnapra.

Bartók Béla’s two highly influential stage works explore the dynamics of the relationship between man and woman and the deeper layers of their personalities, as presented by creators who, through a fusion of tradition and innovation, reveal the possibilities inherent in these works for 21st-century audiences.
There are evenings when our Opera House cannot perform because rehearsals are ongoing on stage until the evening. There are audience members who can only afford to hear their favourite pieces with a discount. And there are works that, although very popular, cannot be staged every season due to the congestion of productions.
