Stravinsky műve a huszadik század műfaj-, stílus- és gondolkodásmód-teremtő alkotása. Bár későbbi életművében sokszor átlépte, sőt megtagadta e mű szellemiségét, a mai napig a „Sacre” az egyik leghatásosabb, legmeglepőbb és legsokszínűbb alkotása. Stravinsky valamennyi eszköze a klasszikus zenéből származik, csak ő egészen rafináltan bánik úgy a harmóniákkal, mint a ritmussal, vagy a klasszikus zenében megszokott artikulációs mechanizmusokkal. S mindemellett a monumentális hangszerpark és az erős, magával ragadó, szinte rituális folklóros színezet együttes hatása garantáltan székbe szögezi a hallgatót.Műsor:Stravinsky: Le sacre du printemps (Tavaszi áldozat)Közreműködik a Budafoki Dohnányi Zenekar
