E groteszk történet főhőse özvegy Orbán Béláné, s a darab valójában az ő véget nem érő vitája, szájaskodó,alakoskodó, még a hazugságtól sem visszariadó pörlekedése mindenkivel, aki körülveszi: a lányával, a szomszédnőjével, Paulával s legfőképpen az ő München közelében élő nénjével, Gizával.

Two giants of Baroque music meet during the Advent season in a performance by the OPERA Orchestra and Chorus. Bach’s well-known Magnificat is performed in its original version, in E-flat major, supplemented with movements specifically tailored to the festive season by the composer himself.
Diana Damrau, named Singer of the Year numerous times by leading international journals and competitions, was inspired to pursue an operatic career by Franco Zeffirelli’s 1983 film adaptation of La traviata.
A 60-minute tour starts every day at 13:30, 15:00 and 16:30 in English. To request a tour in other languages (Italian, Spanish, German, French and Hungarian), please get in touch with the OperaTour team. Please note that the auditorium is closed for visits during rehearsals. Guided tours are not available during performances. For selected tour times, tickets are also available with the PreOpera Menu package. In addition to the guided tour of the Opera House, this option includes a themed set menu of your choice at OperaBistro, which can be enjoyed either before or after the tour.
