Egy történet arról, amikor két ötvenes, elvált szülő, akik társadalmilag, politikailag, egzisztenciálisan, komolyságban, bohémságban merőben különbözőek, sikeresen tönkreteszik gyermekeik szerelmét. Hogy megérdemlik-e ezek a fiatalok ezt a szülői balfékséget? Döntse el a sors és/vagy az élet! (Mindenesetre rengeteget énekelnek az események folyásával egyirányban, mert ezek a mai fiatalok egyfolytában popsztárok akarnak lenni.)

Our offer
Pairing the two German composers, Wagner and the Wagnerian Strauss in a single evening creates a sweeping and overwhelming fusion of expansive melodies and driving dramatic force. The encounter between Wagner’s mythical intensity and Strauss’s modernism is a dialogue between two musical giants who reshaped not only German but also international musical life. In the performance of the OPERA Orchestra, their compositions promise deep emotions, dense musical textures, and sonic grandeur.
A 60-minute tour starts every day at 13:30, 15:00 and 16:30 in English. To request a tour in other languages (Italian, Spanish, German, French and Hungarian), please get in touch with the OperaTour team. Please note that the auditorium is closed for visits during rehearsals. Guided tours are not available during performances. For selected tour times, tickets are also available with the PreOpera Menu package. In addition to the guided tour of the Opera House, this option includes a themed set menu of your choice at OperaBistro, which can be enjoyed either before or after the tour.
There are evenings when our Opera House cannot perform because rehearsals are ongoing on stage until the evening. There are audience members who can only afford to hear their favourite pieces with a discount. And there are works that, although very popular, cannot be staged every season due to the congestion of productions.
