Laár András az elmúlt évtizedek során számos olyan módszert fedezett fel és alakított ki életében, amellyel képessé vált jobbá, derűsebbé tenni mindennapjait.
Istenhívő, ugyanakkor választott vallása a buddhizmus lett, miután 1990-ben buddhista pappá avatták, de a hinduizmus, a kereszténység és a magyar javas hagyományok is fontos szerepet játszanak életében. Derűs életének általa felfedezett titkait szóban és zenével örömmel adja át az érdeklődőknek.
