Tokány Benyus, a kutya, Milóza Dísz Terka, a macska, és Kurta Lacika, az egér nem ismerik egymást. Ahogy gazdáik: Tibi, Kata és Bálint sem. Mind a hatan első napjaikat töltik az óvodában, és ez egyiküknek sem könnyű: Tibi és Tokány Benyus sokat sírdogál, Kata és Milóza Dísz Terka sokat magyaráz, Bálint és Kurta Lacika sokat dühöng. Kutya-macska barátságot macska-egér játék követ, kutyabajt egéritatás - de nem árulunk zsákbamacskát: végül minden ebcsont beforr.
