Ki emlékszik ma Sólyom Janka dizőz-színésznőre, kora körülrajongott sztárjára? Ugye senki? Pedig egykor a legnagyobb költők, Heltai, Szép Ernő, Radnóti és a többiek megzenésített verseit énekelte bombasikerrel. Később a zsidótörvények miatt nem léphetett már fel nagy színpadon esténként, legfeljebb délután, a Gerbeaud-ban énekelhetett.
