A Concerto Budapest soproni hangversenyének első félidejében a hegedűirodalom legjelentősebb versenyműve, Beethoven emberfeletti mélységeket és magasságokat bejáró D-dúr hegedűversenye csendül fel. A szünet után a romantikus zenekari repertoár egyik legnagyobb remekét, Csajkovszkij utolsó kompozícióját, a zeneszerző halála előtt néhány nappal bemutatott, drámai hangvételű lassú zárótételéről ismert 6. „Patetikus” szimfóniáját hallhatják a zenebarátok. A Beethoven-versenymű hatalmas igényű szólóját a magyar hegedűiskola markáns egyéniségű képviselője, Kokas Katalin játssza, a koncert dirigense Keller András lesz.
