Jókai Mór történetét, mely a török korban játszódik, a gyerekek már rajzfilm alapján megismerhették. Most színházunk előadásában láthatják népzenés formában Szaffi és Botsinkay Jónás történetét.

What happens when the worst traits of a power-hungry prince incapable of resisting earthly pleasures, a morally corrupt, vengeful, manipulative woman, and a desire-driven but highly impressionable teenage girl all erupt at the same time upon the appearance of a holy man?
For the 14th time, the performance of the famous Symphony No. 9 will dominate the OPERA’s New Year celebrations. In 2027, the programme will be completed by two further classical works: Beethoven’s overture, also enhanced by Mahler, and a cello concerto by Haydn, the latter of course featuring an OPERA soloist.
