Pommerat darabja A két Korea újraegyesítése a távolságról szól, de nem a politikai nézetek különbözőségéről, hanem az emberek valóság érzékelésének, belső, megélt igazságának távolságáról. Nők és férfiak keresik önmagukat, egymást. A színdarab szeretnivaló, esendő küzdelem a távolság legyőzésére drámával és humorral. Egy nagy abszurd játék az emberi kapcsolatokról. Nem lehet kimaradni belőle, csak játszani. Játszani, de komolyan, halálosan komolyan. Hát nem ironikus?!

The series launched in the 2025/26 season focuses on composers whose operas receive special attention during the season. Yet there are many singers who do not find a role in the works of these masters, but who would gladly sing from their rich vocal palettes. The piano afternoons and matinees are for them, about them, and inspired by them.
There are evenings when our Opera House cannot perform because rehearsals are ongoing on stage until the evening. There are audience members who can only afford to hear their favourite pieces with a discount. And there are works that, although very popular, cannot be staged every season due to the congestion of productions.
