A különleges élménynek ígérkező hangverseny természetesen következő színházi premierünkhöz kapcsolódik. Honegger: Johanna a máglyán című művét november 29-én mutatjuk be a Nemzeti Színház Nagyszínpadán, Vidnyánszky Attila rendezésében.
Jeanne d'Arc története a művészetek valamennyi ágát megihlette. A koncerten látható film főszereplőjének, Renée Jeanne Falconettinek a játéka az egyetemes filmművészet legnagyobb hatású alakításai közé tartozik, a filmet magát pedig joggal tartják a némafim-korszak egyik csúcspontjának.
Az Óbudai Danubia Zenekart ezen az esten a fiatal, tehetséges karmester, Dubóczky Gergely vezényli.

A 60-minute tour starts every day at 13:30, 15:00 and 16:30 in English. To request a tour in other languages (Italian, Spanish, German, French, Greece and Hungarian), please get in touch with the OperaTour team. Please note that the auditorium is closed for visits during rehearsals. Guided tours are not available during performances. For selected tour times, tickets are also available with the PreOpera Menu package. In addition to the guided tour of the Opera House, this option includes a themed set menu of your choice at OperaBistro, which can be enjoyed either before or after the tour.
There are evenings when our Opera House cannot perform because rehearsals are ongoing on stage until the evening. There are audience members who can only afford to hear their favourite pieces with a discount. And there are works that, although very popular, cannot be staged every season due to the congestion of productions.
