Az évszázadokon átívelő, páratlan zenei gazdagság ébreszti rá a hallgatót, mennyire egy tőről fakad az, ami legyen az opera, a régi itáliai dal (arie antiche) vagy olyan, későbbi hajtások, mint a romantikus nápolyi dal vagy a 60-as éveiben diadalútjára induló italo-pop műfaja.
