Istvánfi Balázs és Németh András hangszereik legelismertebb mesterei közé tartoznak. Mindketten a Liszt Ferenc Zeneművészeti Egyetem tanárai, többszörösen díjazott előadóművészek.
Duójuk 2011-ben alakult, de már tizenöt éve játszanak együtt különböző felállásokban. A közös évek alatt létrehoztak egy egyedi zenei nyelvezetet, amely az autentikus magyar népzenén alapszik, de tartalmaz kortárs és klasszikus elemeket is.
Előadásmódjuk és hangszereik sajátos hangzásvilága a hallgatók figyelmét összpontosítja, így koncertjeik egyaránt nyújtanak zenei és lelki élményt.
Our offer
Two giants of Baroque music meet during the Advent season in a performance by the OPERA Orchestra and Chorus. Bach’s well-known Magnificat is performed in its original version, in E-flat major, supplemented with movements specifically tailored to the festive season by the composer himself.
A 60-minute tour starts every day at 13:30, 15:00 and 16:30 in English. To request a tour in other languages (Italian, Spanish, German, French, Greece and Hungarian), please get in touch with the OperaTour team. Please note that the auditorium is closed for visits during rehearsals. Guided tours are not available during performances.
