HOBO - Vadászat
Lassan negyven éve, hogy elkezdtem írni a szövegeket, majd Póka Egon neki látott a megzenésítésnek. Kőbányai konyhájukban, akusztikus gitáron mutatta meg és ott, helyben raktuk össze a dalokat.
1984-ben jelent meg a dupla album, majd karácsony táján lement a Budapest Sportcsarnokban a bemutató, amit Szikora János adoptált színpadra.

Ezt 2002-ben és 2007-ben Vidnyánszky Attila sikeres rendezései követték.
Több filmkészítési terv is elvetélt az eltelt évtizedek alatt, de ezeknél fontosabb, hogy koncerten játsszuk el a művet, hiszen ez volt a célunk. Így hát most magam látok neki egy turnénak, ahol mostani társaimmal a saját változatomat adjuk elő.
Mindig úgy gondoltam, hogy a Vadászat nem színházba, hanem sokkal inkább koncertre való, amibe persze bele lehet építeni színházi elemeket. Ezért a számokat keretjáték köti majd össze, amit egy vásári bohóc vezet elő.
A régi album dalai mellett újabb, ideillő számok is elhangzanak majd, hiszen a téma máig nem évült el és sajnos úgy tűnik, soha nem is fog.

Premiered in 1926, the singspiel is a milestone in Hungarian music history: its composer, Zoltán Kodály, fulfilled his aspiration to elevate Hungarian folk song of ancient origin to the same status as classical music, by virtue of its equivalent values, placing it on the stage of the nation’s Opera House.
