Harcsa Veronika énekes és Gyémánt Bálint gitáros a Liszt Ferenc Zeneművészeti Egyetem jazz tanszékén voltak osztálytársak. Egyikük Brüsszelben, másikuk Oslóban tanult tovább, mégis egymás legfontosabb zenésztársai lettek. Együttműködésükhöz eddig hat lemez, valamint számtalan külföldi és hazai koncert kötődik.
Első duólemezük, a Nyugat-Európában is nagy sikert aratott Lifelover után most mutatják be Tell Her című legújabb albumukat.
Az új lemez anyagát Harcsa Veronika zenei ötletei és szövegei nyomán közösen dolgozták ki, majd a végső hangzás megalkotásában a New York-i születésű producer, Jeremy Friedman volt a kreatív munkatársuk.
A dalok rendkívül személyes ihletettségűek, és egyaránt hordoznak magukban mélységet, felszabadultságot és humort. A lemezbemutató koncertre ellátogató néző a kortárs jazz és az improvizatív popzene egyedi találkozásának lehet fültanúja.
Our offer
A century ago, the world first encountered this remarkable opus, a work that soon became one of the cornerstones of twentieth-century musical innovation. Premiered in 1926, the singspiel is a milestone in Hungarian music history: its composer, Zoltán Kodály, fulfilled his aspiration to elevate Hungarian folk song of ancient origin to the same status as classical music, by virtue of its equivalent values, placing it on the stage of the nation’s Opera House.
For the 14th time, the performance of the famous Symphony No. 9 will dominate the OPERA’s New Year celebrations. In 2027, the programme will be completed by two further classical works: Beethoven’s overture, also enhanced by Mahler, and a cello concerto by Haydn, the latter of course featuring an OPERA soloist.
A 60-minute tour starts every day at 13:30, 15:00 and 16:30 in English. To request a tour in other languages (Italian, Spanish, German, French and Hungarian), please get in touch with the OperaTour team. Please note that the auditorium is closed for visits during rehearsals. Guided tours are not available during performances. For selected tour times, tickets are also available with the PreOpera Menu package. In addition to the guided tour of the Opera House, this option includes a themed set menu of your choice at OperaBistro, which can be enjoyed either before or after the tour.
