A műsor különleges prizmán keresztül kalandoz végig az elmúlt két és fél évszázad zenetörténelmén. 20. századi magyar zeneszerzők kamara-, zongora- illetve vokális művein keresztül teremt kapcsolatot az európai zenei gyökerekkel, hagyományokkal, mutatja be a kölcsönhatásokat. A jelenből, a közelmúltból merítkezve mutatja be a magyar zeneművészet térhódítását és egyre erőteljesebb jelenlétét a világ klasszikus zenei színpadán.
Mindez az Eckhardt Gábor zongoraművésztől már megszokott interaktív, kissé meghökkentő, humorral átszőtt módon.
A koncert a Magyar Művészeti Akadémia támogatásával jön létre a Klebelserg Kuno Hét alkalmából.

A 60-minute tour starts every day at 13:30, 15:00 and 16:30 in English.
