Halász Judit színészi pályafutásával párhuzamosan új műfajt teremtett előadóművészként. Magyar költők verseit énekli gyerekeknek évtizedek óta kirobbanó sikerrel. Generációk nevelkedtek fel lemezeinek hallgatása közben. A gyerekek – Magyarországon elsőként – a Mosoly-Rend lovagjának választották. A Vígszínház tagja, Kossuth- és Jászai Mari-díjas, a magyarországi UNICEF elnökségi tagja.
